Immediate
If you’re looking for staff on short notice or need a few seasonal employees, we can help fill that gap. Our applicants are status-verified and ready to work.
Temporary-To-Hire
This staffing gives you the unique option to evaluate an employee’s performance on-site before making a final hiring decision—ensuring the new employee is a good fit with co-workers, company culture, and day-to-day responsibilities. The employee should remain on the StaffWorks’ Payroll for 90 calendar days before conversion. If you would like to proceed before 90 days, a buy-out fee may apply.
Direct Hire
Looking for a certain type of applicant? We’ll save you time and money on the recruiting and screening process by hand selecting and presenting only the most qualified candidates for your approval. Once selected, hire workers directly to your payroll and you simply pay a recruitment fee.
